After a three-day break, the tour shifts to white-ball cricket. Bangladesh open the tri-series against Zimbabwe on October 17 in Abu Dhabi, and Afghanistan meet Zimbabwe at the same venue two days later. The series will then moves to Sharjah, where Afghanistan and Bangladesh face off on October 21 before the final on October 23. There are day-night matches for all four ODIs. Each side will play twice in the league stage, so Bangladesh will play three ODIs if they reach the final.
