For the domestic season in 2026-27, the Delhi men's team's head coach is Vijay Dahiya, a former Indian wicketkeeper and batsman. Dahiya takes over for Sarandeep Singh, who was their coach for the previous two seasons. Interestingly, the name of Dahiya was suggested by the DDCA Cricket Advisory Committee, which was led by Sarandeep. Kshitiz Sharma and Kuldeep Rawat have been appointed assistant coaches, and the bowling coaches will be former fast bowlers Sanjeev Sharma and Parvinder Awana. This will be Dahiya's fourth stint as Delhi's head coach. Delhi's last Ranji Trophy win, in 2007-08, came under his guidance. In addition, he held the position of head coach during the 2012–13 season and once more from 2014–15 to 2015–16. He was in charge of Uttar Pradesh's run to the Ranji Trophy semi-final in 2021 and 2022. He also has extensive coaching experience in the IPL. He coached Purani Dilli 6 in the recently concluded Delhi Premier League. Manu Nayar and Praveen Gupta serve as members of the selection committee, and KP Bhaskar has been retained as the chief selector. Additionally, Virat Kohli's former Delhi bowling coach and childhood coach Rajkumar Sharma has been appointed team mentor. He will be a coach for the senior team and other age-group teams. Delhi was eliminated from the Ranji Trophy last season after winning just one of seven matches and losing in the group stage. The team made it to the quarterfinals of the Vijay Hazare Trophy, but they also lost in the group stage of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. Dipti Dhyani, a former batter, will continue to be the head coach of Delhi Women's, with Mandeep Kaur, Gautam Vadhera, Ashish Malhotra, and Sonu Sharma serving as assistant coaches. Delhi won the Senior Women's One Day Trophy last season by beating Railways in the final.
