Henry Crocombe, a Sussex fast bowler, has been added to England's squad for the second Test against New Zealand as Ollie Robinson's replacement. After experiencing knee soreness during training on Friday, June 12, Robinson, who remains a member of the team, is scheduled to have precautionary scans. Robinson was named Player of the Match in the first Test, his international comeback after a two-year absence, with match figures of 7-77. Crocombe, a right-arm quick who is 24 years old, has made 47 first-class appearances. He made his first-class debut in 2020 after progressing through Sussex's age-group system. In addition, he has played for the England Lions and most recently was a member of the team that played South Africa A in a three-match One-Day series. Additionally, Jordan Cox and Jofra Archer have been added to England's squad for the second Test, which begins on June 17 at The Oval.
